Formula 1 - Hungary-GP: Vettel second at Ocon victory - stages after crash with Botta's only tenth
Esteban Ocon won the Grand Prix of Hungary. In a completely chaotic race (all developments in the LiveTticker to reading) won the Alpine Pilot before Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) and Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton. Max Stapen (Red Bull) was only tenth for a 19th Mercedes because of an early crash with Valtteri Bottas. "I've tried, trying, tries," spelled Vettel after the target passage to the Aston Martin Box. Tried, but not done: Ocon in Alpine Renault defended his leadership with the very last commitment to the finish. "Sure, I'm a bit disappointed because I had the feeling, I'm a little faster, over a large part of the race," said Vettel, "but Esteban did not make a single mistake and I was never close enough to it.
