Greater than Human is a 1953 sci-fi novel by American writer Theodore Sturgeon. It is a revision and growth of his previously released novella Child is Three, which is bracketed by two additional parts written for the novel (The Fabulous Bonehead and Principles). It won the 1954 International Dream Award, which was also offered to operate in scientific research fiction. It was in addition chosen in 2004 for a Retro Hugo award for the year 1954. Scientific research fiction doubter and editor David Pringle included it in his book Sci-fi: The 100 Ideal Stories. Simon & Schuster released a visuals unique variation of Greater than Human in 1978, entitled Heavy Metal Provides Theodore Sturgeon's Greater than Human.
