The rise: best skills for your character
There are a lot of builds that you can try in The Ascent, but without a question are some of the best skills for which you can spend your points, simply indispensable for every setup. The climb does not offer the player many different skills that he can improve, but the existing ones are very important and change their play style quite. While you can play around with each of them and they have the freedom to reset them at any time, for a fee, some are just too bad to pass them.
The best skills on which you should pay attention to the Ascent
The game has eight different core skills for which you can output your capabilities, the following:
- Tactical sense - Improves the charger of your tactical equipment
- Critical hit rate - Improves your critical hit rate with each weapon
- Dealing with weapons - Improves the recharge speed of each weapon
- Goals - Reduces the spread of the projectiles of your weapon
- BALANCE - Reduces the time you spend in a non-movement state and lets you move faster when shooting heavy weapons
- Dodge - Shorts the cooldown of your dodging (rolling)
- Vital functions - Increases your maximum HP
- Body Battery - Increases your maximum energy
Each single skill mentioned above falls into another attribute category with a total of four:
- Cybernetics : Tactical sense / critical hit rate
- Motorik : Dealing with weapons / goals
- frame : equilibrium / dodge
- Biometry : Vital functions / body battery
These are important as they influence the power of their augmentations. To explain it correctly, your hydraulic smash, which you get very early, influences from your motorik attribute level. The higher it is, the more damage causes augmentations and so on. This takes place at every augmentation in the game. So if you seek a specific build, you must also take it into account.
Let us return to our main theme after all. Which of these skills are best to improve, especially early before you can reset with Ucred. That would be the following:
- Handling weapons
- Evade
- Vital functions
These three skills will be their bread and butter in the order in which they are mentioned here. Weapon handling is by far your most important ability as it improves your repatriate speed significantly. At first glance, it may not seem so much against weaker enemies, but if they progress, they will find that it is important in many group bubers to have their weapon ready for use at any time. It is easy to swarm from enemies, and when their weapons are reloaded at that moment, they are usually dying. Next we have Evasion, which is also a survival instrument, as it is important for many fights that your throw is faster. Enemies are usually fast, especially wild, so it is important to give them out of the way at any time. Finally, we have vital signs that are self-explanatory. The more HP you have, the better your chances of living another day.
Best skills based on your build
The following are probably the best skills you can have, depending on your chosen build. These come according to the above-mentioned core skills or in conjunction with them when they rise. Just put in a few skincons, whenever you feel like you need and you have some left.
Machine guns as a main weapon
- Aim
- Critical hit rate
- Body battery
Reducing the ball propagation of your machine or machine gun is crucial to every build with these weapon types, so this is a breeze. Combine it with the critical hit rate due to the quickfire mechanism of these weapons and they will achieve extremely fast kills. Vital Signs is recommended because machine guns do not have the damage that they need at certain times, and the ability to use many augmentation capabilities one after the other, they can easily save them into a difficult location.
heavy guns as a main weapon
- Aim
- Balance
- Tactical sense
Serious guns are usually master in controlling the field as they can easily hold on enemy groups with their constant fire rate. Balance helps immensely because it makes you faster with your movement and you can escape lighter mass control attacks of your enemies. The aim is also because of the reasons we mentioned in the above build, and because of the nature of heavy weapons, Tactical Sense complements them very well, as they can continue to control fighting with stunning and stasis effects.
Werfer, pistols and shotguns as main weapons
Since these types are not given any significant thrust due to the offensive or technical skills available to you, it is recommended to further improve the core skills of your character if you want to use it as the main weapon of your choice. These are weapons handling, dodging and vitality signs. After you have covered these maximum, just turn to what you think will improve the specific weapon that you have improved most.
For each other weapon you may find, it is recommended to simply play around, based on what you currently have. It is important to note that your augmentations play an important role for your build. It is therefore recommended to check which attribute this augmentation improves, and improve it accordingly. Since there are countless builds based on their augmentations that they can try out, it is hard to call the best for each one. Just try many of them for you to find the one that best suits you. If you do not like the selection you have made, you can simply reset your skills against a specific fee based on the number of issued points by visiting the appropriate shop in Cluster 13.
